Shelby GT500 Gulf Racing Tribute, Model Car, 1:18

Orange stripes run across the hood and roof of the Shelby GT500 Gulf Racing Tribute, making its turquoise body stand out on a collection shelf. The 1967 subject wears a motorsport tribute finish that rewards a closer look from the side as well as the front. At 1:18 scale, the die-cast metal miniature offers room to examine the grille, lights and windshield wipers. Thin dark blue pinstripes border the brighter colours, while orange wheels sit against black tires. Hood pins and a raised scoop add detail across the front, and side air intakes interrupt the body’s flanks. A white round door panel frames the black number 4 among Gulf logos and printed racing graphics. Chrome bumpers and mirrors catch the light when the replica is viewed at an angle. For a shelf arranged around American automobiles, this coupe offers a distinctive blue-and-orange take on the named Shelby subject.
