VW T2 Pick up, Die-Cast Model Car, 1:18

An open rear bed and compact cab define the VW T2 Pick up, a working-vehicle silhouette worth viewing from several angles. Seen from the front, its large Volkswagen emblem sits between round headlights. This die-cast metal model depicts the 1968 subject in white, with black tires contrasting against the bodywork. At 1:18 scale, the windshield wipers and side mirror reward a closer look. Chrome hubcaps add a bright accent at each wheel, while side panels outline the loading area. The front license plate reads 911 MC 68, a specific finishing detail for inspection. A shelf position at a three-quarter angle shows both the transporter nose and the length of the bed. Collectors can give this utility vehicle a place among miniatures of everyday motoring.
